Two Cousins of Azov (or You Can't Pickle Love) (2017) is a heartwarming novel about the surprise of second chances in the autumn of your life and was included on the Guardian's 'Not the Booker Prize 2017' longlist. Andrea's debut novel, Galina Petrovna's Three-Legged Dog Story, was published in 2015 by Borough Press after she won their open submission competition; she was nominated for the Edinburgh Festival First Book Award and named an Amazon Rising Star. Galina Petrovna has been published in Italian, Spanish, German, French and Portuguese.

Andrea Bennett graduated from the University of Sheffield in History and Russian and then spent a good part of the 'Yeltsin years' living and working in Russia. She lives in Ramsgate, Kent, with her family and dog.
