Our Volunteer Stewards are vital to the smooth running of the festival, helping to welcome visitors and assist with events.

SPECIFIC TASKS YOU MIGHT BE ASKED TO DO:

• Attend a festival briefing.
• Meet and greet speakers.
• Help on the bookstall; help manage the book signing queue.
• Help with refreshments.
• Take tickets on the door; manage the queue; show people to seats;
• Manage the roving mic for audience questions.
• Rearrange seating configurations when required.
• Check stage is set up correctly and provide on-stage refreshments for speakers.
• Check the Green Room / seating areas in the venue are clean and tidy.
• Keep events strictly to allocated times.
