Our competitions for children and teens in Faversham and surrounding villages are now open for 2025

Submit a poem or story up to 500 words

Three entry levels:

• Years 3–6
• Years 7–10
• Years 11–13

• 1st Prize: £25 Book Token
• 2nd Prize: £15 Book Token

Plus the winning entry from each category will win £100 worth of books for your school library or a nominated book-related charity

Entries should be submitted through participating schools. If you are not attending a participating school, but live within Faversham and surrounding villages, entries can be sent to info@favershamliteraryfestival.com – all entries must contain the child's name, age, and school or home postcode.
