The Almshouses Chapel

The Chapel forms the centrepiece of the historic Faversham Almshouses, which have provided housing for those in need for centuries. The venue, rebuilt by Henry Wreight in 1863, is an outstanding example of neo-gothic architecture, featuring arches, intricate detailing and spires that contributes to Faversham's historic townscape.

We are delighted to feature this historic, elegant new venue at this year's Literary Festival.
